SA Gaming’s push into Latin America moves forward as Peru approves its supplier licence and Remote Gaming Server.
SA Gaming has secured two major approvals in Peru, confirming its entry into one of Latin America’s fastest-growing regulated iGaming markets. The company announced that it has obtained the MINCETUR Supplier Licence together with official approval for its Remote Gaming Server, positioning its full product suite for legal distribution in the country.
The development marks a significant milestone in the supplier’s regional strategy, as Peru continues to attract leading international providers following the rollout of its regulated framework.
SA Gaming enters Peru with full regulatory approval
The new licences give SA Gaming clearance to supply RGS technology, live casino titles and software across the regulated market.
The MINCETUR Supplier Licence covers a wide scope of industry services, including live casino content, gaming software, player account management systems, random number generators, and remote server technologies. SA Gaming reported that the accreditation allows its entire gaming portfolio to operate in Peru under full regulatory compliance.
The approval for the Remote Gaming Server adds another layer of market access, enabling operators to integrate SA Gaming’s content directly through its certified backend platform.
Regulatory recognition strengthens SA Gaming’s position
The approvals support the supplier’s broader plan to expand across Latin America’s regulated markets.
Peru’s licensing process has become a strategic entry point for global suppliers targeting the region. SA Gaming said the dual approvals reflect its investment in compliance structures, technical transparency and secure game delivery systems. The company emphasised that the licences validate its operational standards from backend technology to customer-facing content.
The supplier noted that the Peruvian certification aligns with its wider efforts to grow in regulated Latin American jurisdictions and build long-term partnerships with operators entering the market.
Market opportunity expands as Peru formalises iGaming rules
The regulated framework continues to attract suppliers aiming to benefit from Peru’s growing digital gambling audience.
Peru’s regulated market is gaining momentum as licensed suppliers and operators prepare for full market activation. SA Gaming said the approvals ensure its games and systems will be available for commercial deployment once operator rollouts accelerate.
The company stated that it will continue enhancing its portfolio and backend systems to meet evolving regulatory and operator requirements across the region.
